Music Export Ukraine together with Eurosonic Noorderslag @esns.nl team proudly presented an extensive Ukrainian program at one of the most influential music business events on the continent, ESNS 2024. Ukrainian participants were super happy to be part of this powerful European movement, aiming to support emerging talents.

We are delighted to participate in the annual meeting of our EMEE a one-of-a-kind network which untied 30+ music export offices and speaks in one voice about the needs and perspectives of the music industry.
Our co-founder, Alona Dmukhovska, had the pleasure of talking about the export opportunities and potential of Eastern European markets together with colleagues from Latvian Every Little Thing, Estonian Music Estonia, Polish promoter fource.pl and Czech SoundCzech.
The frontwomen of Ukrainian metal band IGNEA Helle talked about marketing of niche music genres along with colleagues from DAGADANA Walter Hoeijmakers from Roadburn Festival, Polish experimental artist Wacław Zimpel, and Polish journalist and Mystic Festival representative Jarek Szubrycht. Thanx for the invitations to Music Export Poland!
Along with that, the conference program included the topic "Live 24 - Lust for life in Ukraine" chaired by Codruta Vulcu from Romanian festival ARTmania Festival featuring Vlad Yaremchuk from Music Saves UA, Helle from IGNEA, Fruzsina Szép from SUPERBLOOM Festival and Michal Kaščák from Pohoda Festival.

Live music program featured Ukrainian electronic female-power musician NFNR who before the show had a great opportunity to collaborate with Dutch artist @lllllllllllaguna during her residency in Leeuwarden organized by Popfabryk. Besides, Eurovision winners of 2022 Kalush офіційна сторінка rocked massive ESNS AIR stage and IGNEA showed some powerful melodic metal charm in De Machinefabriek. Last but not least, Public Choice Awards Winner of MME Awards 2024 last year, Ukrainian artist Jerry Heil joined an honourable list of juries along with Gemma Bradley (BBC Radio Ireland), Cindy Castillo Mad Cool Festival Kevin Cole KEXP and Bryan Johnson from Spotify.

Thank you, Groningen! See you next year!
