Award for Excellence & Passion

At the European Festival Awards 2024, held during Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS) in Groningen, Netherlands, the "Award for Excellence & Passion" was bestowed upon Vlad Yaremchuk & Music Saves Ukraine. This honor recognizes their unwavering dedication to supporting Ukraine's music community amidst challenging times.

Their commitment serves as an inspiration to all of us working to promote Ukrainian music on the global stage. CARPETMAN on ARTE

Carpetman is a mysterious electro producer from Ukraine, known for blending intricate lyrics with lo-fi soundscapes. This year he played ESNS (and ready to conquer SXSW later this year) and Franco-German cultural broadcaster ARTE caught this special moment in the recent live video


Music Export Ukraine partnered up with Gianmarco Del Re, who has been telling stories of Ukrainian music professionals through Ukrainian Field Notes since the start of the full-scale invasion, making a notable contribution to amplifying their voices internationally. Join us in exploring these powerful narratives and uncovering the stories that need to be heard!

The latest episode of Ukrainian Field Notes features interviews with Tetiana Khoroshun, DakhTrio and Delirium. Gianmarco’s January podcast for Resonance FM aired on Wed 15 and was repeated on Sun 19. It featured Human MargareetaLenoczkaLvcerate and Vladyslav Putistin and was focused on LGTBQIA+ rights in Ukraine and queer music and safe spaces within the clubbing scene.   • Love’N’Joy
    Ukrainian psychedelic rock trio known for their electrifying live performances, vintage-inspired sound, and strong DIY ethos, making them a standout act in the European indie scene.

  • Stoned Jesus
    Pioneering Ukrainian stoner rock band, renowned for their heavy riffs, deep grooves, and cult-favorite album Seven Thunders Roar, which helped shape the global doom and psych-rock scene.

  • Паліндром (Palindrom)
    Experimental hip-hop and electronic artist, known for his introspective lyrics, nostalgic soundscapes, and unique fusion of rap with folk and lo-fi influences.

  • Pianoboy
    Singer-songwriter and pianist, known for his emotive performances, poetic lyrics, and masterful blend of indie, pop, and classical influences. This time with the special guest!

  • I Hate Myself Because
    Post-punk and shoegaze band, recognized for their melancholic sound, raw lyricism, and atmospheric guitar-driven melodies that capture themes of existential angst and introspection
